Moudy Mudzielwana
Moudy Mudzielwana is the Founder and CEO of Future Makers (Pty) Ltd, a consultancy and implementation partner building sustainable football and community sports ecosystems. A former professional football CEO and an MBA candidate in Football Business Administration, Moudy operates at the intersection of club governance, operating models and SOP discipline, commercial strategy, sponsorship activation, and ESG impact reporting.
His professional expertise is strengthened through advanced training in the business of football, including the role of football CEO, football operations, event management and matchday operations, stadium business management, sports marketing, sponsorship strategy, commercial disruption, the sports marketing agency model, and football finance.
Moudy’s approach is grounded in the belief that sport becomes transformational when built as an ecosystem—where participation, governance, investment, pathways, sustainability and measurable reporting reinforce each other. Through Future Makers, he supports clubs to become investable and sponsor-ready and enables corporate sponsors and CSI/ESG teams to convert sport investment into structured programmes with credible evidence and sustainability reporting value.
